3. Booking

5. Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid fees. Late cancellations may incur charges.
  • Reservation modifications must also be made within the same time frame. Changes made after this period may incur additional fees.
  • PARIS BEST SHUTTLE reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.) and will inform the client as soon as possible.

6. Transport Conditions

  • Our vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, non-smoking, and tailored to your comfort and safety needs.
  • We track flight arrival times for airport transfers to adjust pickup times in case of delays.

7. Liability and Limitations

PARIS BEST SHUTTLE cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, such as traffic jams, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Similarly, we disclaim any responsibility for loss or damage to items left behind in the vehicle after the service has been completed.

9. Client Behavior

These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent court will be the one in Paris, France.

12. Acceptance of the GTCS

By making a reservation, the client declares that they have read and fully accept these GTCS.
